Kay Mathews has owned her own business for over 20-years. MAI was incorporated in 1986 with Kay and Fred being equal shareholders. As the company grew, so did Kay’s duties. Her knowledge and management abilities enable her to conduct the day-to-day business activities of MAI while allowing Fred to focus on the technical engineering aspects. Befitting her contributions, Kay became the CEO / CFO and majority shareholder for the corporation.

Prior to MAI, Kay owned and operated a restaurant and beverage business in Northwest Missouri. The success of this business provided the capital to establish MAI. The hands-on experience she gained with management, financing and personnel were invaluable.

Chief Executive Officer / Chief Financial Officer: Kay is responsible for the management and daily business activities of MAI.  Her duties include: policymaking, financial management, decisions involving purchasing, personnel, insurance and taxes.
