Jim has over 16-years of combined experience in fields of civil engineering, surveying and GIS along with Microsoft network engineering.  He has been certified in all of the Autodesk Land Development products, AutoCAD Map and Autodesk’s GIS distribution software.  He is also certified in Microstation and Geopak and is a Microsoft Certified System Engineer.  He has worked as a project and software consultant with various state and local governments along with numerous private civil engineering and surveying firms.  Jim has written civil engineering and surveying software programs and taught AutoCAD, Land Development and GIS software classes.

Jim’s background in civil engineering and surveying projects include:  subdivision design, street design, sanitary sewer, storm water detention, storm water drainage, site design, mapping, GIS creation and management and project management and consulting.  He provides design / drafting services for completion of project plans and documents
