experience Freeman
has over 15-years experience in civil engineering, surveying and public
works projects. He has been
responsible for the design and preparation of plans for numerous complex
highway and street improvements. Freeman
has a broad background in the design of public and private
infrastructure projects including: intersection design, intersection
geometric design, traffic control planning, pavement marking design,
roadway design, storm water design, water quality management and
sanitary sewer design. Freeman’s
principal areas of expertise lie in project design and translation of
the field survey data into finished documents.
Other
areas of practice include the staff supervision of computer-aided
drafting and completion of engineering designs, surveying plats,
easements and boundary surveys. He has worked extensively with AutoCAD, Land Desktop Civil, Microstation and GEOPAK design software. He is also familiar with numerous engineering and surveying software programs.
